Purchase and delivery outside the UK
If your order is being shipped outside the UK, UK VAT may not be charged where the checkout country is eligible. Once the website recognises the country you are ordering from, checkout will calculate the correct tax and delivery position for that destination.
This is especially useful for customers in markets we regularly ship to, including the USA, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, India, Malaysia, South Africa, and many others.
DPD Predict delivery
Prestige Covers uses DPD Predict where available. Once your cover has been collected, DPD can send a text message with a one-hour delivery window so you know when to expect your parcel.
If the selected delivery window is not convenient, DPD will usually let you rearrange delivery directly from the notification.
Order and delivery options
Standard delivery from the time of order, including manufacture, usually takes between 3 and 4 weeks. This can vary during busy seasons and for more complex custom work.
Fast Track options may be available at checkout for selected products, giving you the option of shorter manufacture and dispatch times when you need your cover sooner.
- Standard manufacture and delivery is usually 3 to 4 weeks.
- Fast Track 7 working day and 14 working day options may be available online.
- Factory dispatch to your door usually takes 1 to 2 working days once the cover is ready.
- Highlands, islands, and remote postcodes can take longer and may attract a surcharge at checkout.
Returns
Many Prestige Covers products are bespoke or made to order for a specific vehicle, fabric, colour, and set of options. This means returns and cancellations can differ from standard stock products.
